I saw this cute idea for a color matching game a couple of months ago over at Gluesticks. I bought the materials, but just now got around to painting the little pegs.
I had fun giving each little school girl her own color and hair accessories (I even tried a few different hairstyles, but they didn't give me much to work with!)
I need to spray them with a clear coat before giving them to LA. I think she will love playing with them--and learning at the same time!

these are so dang cute! i think i may make these for my daughter as a gift from her new baby brother next month. What type of paint did you use? Just regular wood paint? They are ADORABLE!!! And I love the detail you did!
